A good use for leftover oil from panfrying chicken
Fried potatoes. I cut up and parboiled some Yukon golds, then fried
them in the chicken pan from two days ago. Since I had marinated the chicken pieces in cayenne, the oil and leftover browned flour crispies were nice and hot. --Bryan |
