![]() My Australian ex-wife used to make a dish she called "Norkraut". There are plenty of recipes on the web for similar dishes, and anyway I remember how to make it, so I'm not looking for instructions. What I am looking for, however, is the name of the thing. I've tried Googling on "Norkraut", "Norrkraut", "Knorrkraut" and so on, but I've come up with nothing. Is anyone else familiar with this dish? Is it unique to the Barossa Valley? How is it properly spelt? RobertE |
