This is called "niche marketing." Which is an easy way for manufacturers to avoid their responsibilities. While wheat problems affects a minority, milk products affects a minority, nuts affect a minority and salt is a no-no for others, if you add up minorities here and there, you wind up with a majority. Put another way, any company that refuses to fess up to ingredients deserves all the lawsuits that come their way. Seems to me that a company that willingly hides from its obligations to its consumers should not be allowed in the marketplace.
