I'm so excited! Not two blocks from me, a brand new Trader Joe's is
opening soon! I can't imagine that the Safeway (directly across the
street) is very happy about the prospect, but I sure am thrilled!

For SF locals, the location is the corner of Bay and Mason. Not sure
about opening day - but it must be coming soon because their "Help
Wanted" sign went up last week.

In the past, getting to Trader Joe's was a bit of a hassle, as I don't
own a car. But to have one two blocks away? I'm positively giddy!

Close to my end of town, the old TJs in Daly City is moving
to huge (newly built) quarters in the WestLake Shopping
Center, Daly City, very soon.
