Default A splendid sorbet but no recipe

It was a lemon and Thai basil number that I had at lunch yesterday at Via
Matta in Boston, and it sat lightly in the tum on top of a panini with
prosciutto and robbiola cheese. So far today I've found lots of lemon
sherbets but none with Thai basil. Anyone?

I have to add that the bus trip to and from Cape Cod was well worth it. Is
there something bizarre about routinely taking an almost two-hour ride just
for lunch? Nah, not for a lunch like this.

Felice
