You don't really want to open a restaurant
There is this notion abroad that, because you can cook a good dinner

Wow Bob - you hit the nail on the head and countersunk it in one whack!

Bravo! Well said. Brought back lots of sweaty server memories... also
reminded me of how I had once dreamt of wanting to open my own - but after
partaking in the harsh realities of working in a few - I knew I didn't have
the ... ummm (searching for nice term...)...stamina (!) to do so. Perhaps
if I win the Lottery, I could rethink things. LOL
