Clarification for Bon Appetit March 1999 Chipotle Pork Recipe
Before recycling my copy of the magazine, I copied the recipe for
Chipotle and Honey Pork with Red Chili-Corn Sauce from Bob Appetit, March 1999. I am now questioning whether I made a typo. For the sauce, some cider vinegar is stirred in after the sauce is reduced. I have 1 CUP written down, which seems way too much. Please help! |
