I have a quesadilla baker. At work we used to have 'make your own
quesadilla' pot luck lunches. Everyone brought some ingredients and we
baked our own quesadillas. There were, of course, chips and salsa and
refried beans to be had on the side as well as bean salads and the like.
Alas, we couldn't have margaritas
