Default Low-Fat Piecrust?

Is there such a thing as a *good* low-fat piecrust? We've gone on Weight
Watchers and I'd like to try to keep the fat as low as possible during
Christmas while still baking a mince pie. I've tried a couple of low-fat
recipes and they're not very good.

TIA
Wayne

P. S. - I suppose that "low-fat" and "piecrust" are a contradiction in
terms. <G>

Graham cracker crust, use whipped eggwhite in place of butter. :-)

Great idea, Katra! Thank you. That's one I think we can live with.
