That's the surname. The first name is "Stu"... 'Nuff said.

Heh. Knew a guy once whose surname was "Crapper". When he asked his
girlfriend's father for her hand in marriage, her Dad said, "Yes, but
on one condition - you take *her* surname after the wedding". (I kid
you not). BTW, he did - take her surname. I would have too. <eg>

While I'm at it - was reading a thread in another group about the
(first) names some people give their kids... and as somebody pointed
out that the name Shiloh Pitt was not such a wise move - because it's
probably going to morph into Piloh Shitt.

Oh Chatty are you going to start messing with me, now you know that's not wise
for someone of your advanced years.

And for you to poke back, given your newness, and the fact you started
out on the wrong foot, is not a wise way to make friends.

Withdraw the sharp tongue now if you are smart, and want respect in this
group.

You may be "stu" here, be we also know the other start.

Trying to give good advice.... Bob

Thanks to be honest enough to make it into the KF...

Good-bye, to someone I potentially liked. You are now KF'd. At least for
the next 30 days.

BTW, both of the people you speak of, are actually very nice people.

Bob

What are you some kind of self-appointed counseler or something? A bunch
of posts from you today telling people what to say, inserting yourself into
situations.

Shut the **** up already.

The Thomas Crapper company got the nineteenth century contract to update
the plumbing in Westminster Abbey, London. They were a pretty successful
firm. I remember seeing floor drains marked Crapper in the Abbey.

It's got me beat why people hang onto their stupid names. Maybe it's
some hangup about if they change their name, they'll no longer exist??

I have no such hangup.

I've changed my name about 6 times so far, and will be doing so again.
Even going to lose/change the first name :-)

Some parent show a complete lack of forethought, and intelligence, when
they names their kids. Someone should be there at every birth and bitch
slap the parents if they come up with a crap name!!
