It's often the case that one sibling gets more than his/her share of
the brains, leaving the other(s) with a profound deficit.
There might be some hope. They say that tuna is "brain food."

Bryan,

LOLOL!!!

We fought often and I mostly lost but we managed not to kill each other out
of admiration I'd like to think!

I've always trusted him with my life.

We did pick on our sister a bit too much.

Best,

Andy

Farts don't contain ozone, but our Canadian Bisquick boy wouldn't know
that.

You are an idiot. You have a website that features "Bisquick
recipes." Thanks for KFing me. Now I can insult your trashy, semi-
literate ass without you putting up a pathetic defense.

Cool! A Tesla coil! I always wanted to build a Tesla coil. Nicola
Tesla was an electricity GENIUS!! He invented the brushless induction
motor (have an electric fan?), and when a reporter asked him how an
induction motor works, Nicola replied "Very well indeed!"

OBTW, Tesla really invented radio. That Marconi guy just got credit
for it.

The subject header made me think of Andy's Chest.

John,

Brother even built a machine to precision wind the copper coil. It took him
longer to build and calibrate it than it took to wind! Necessity being what
it is... :-)

True!

Interesting mention about the winder was, being a one time use only
invention, when it finished winding, brother disassembled it and put almost
all the parts back into the parts bins!

Default Andy's toast!!!

In case anyone was wondering how it feels, it was best described by an
actress who uses a Tesla coil in her act, proclaiming it feels like you're
getting a total arm tattoo all at once.

There are thousands of strikes per second that the camera didn't capture.

It's NOT pleasant and does take some nerve AND getting used to!

Best,

Andy

I would add a disclaimer, as do the mythbusters...

Don't plug yourselves in. You WILL DEFINITELY DIE!!!

What saved me was the amperage was grounded. Or I WOULD'VE be toast in less
than an instant!!!
