I find the Promite somewhat more bland and meaty, perhaps, than Vegemite which has a more tangy quality to it. Given all that I like both better than Marmite, although there is an Australian production of Marmite that I have never tasted, perhaps it grows better down under. I love all sorts of toppings on toast! My top three toppings a
1. Cream cheese and strawberry jam (mm, i know what im having tomorrow morning!) 2. Butter and sugar. My mom and grandmother would make this for me as a kid. 3. Peanut butter - the crunchy kind. |
