Hello All!

I know that "Buffalo Wings" are spicy chicken wings as originally made
in Buffalo, NY but the picture of flying buffaloes that the name invokes
is fascinating! I had a free sample of "Buffalo Tofu" today in Fresh
Fields and, even if it's cross-cultural contamination, the taste and
texture was very good. I wonder does anyone have a recipe they would
care to share?
