I'll post my most recent spicy sausage recipe later.
It turned out to be most excellent!

Sausage making is one of the few things where I actually follow a
written recipe, mainly because I make large batches.

I made 10 lbs. over the weekend.

And I used MEAT not gluten flour or TVP!
