Get the Texas Rangers involved. Awarding a Georgian team. Who's
brother-in-law was on the panel?

I've been to two chili cook offs and the winners' chili was so
freakin' hot it blistered my mouth -- and I appreciate spicy food! In
both cases, the "judges" weren't looking for chili but heat which a
shot of straight capsican would have sufficed.
