Today my lawn was serviced and once again they tell me I have a lot of
chickweed. I guess it's too late now to harvest it since it's been
poisoned, but my google search for this abundant weed showed lots of results
for adding it to salads, and the high vitamin C content. Have any of you
harvested any weeds to eat, and were they good?
