The BBQ chicken pizzas I've had in London all had some sort of BBQ sauce
on them. Chicken may or may not have been cooked in said sauce. Cheese
was whatever people had in their houses.

May I suggest using a homemade BBQ sauce...so it isn't too cloyingly
sweet. I make a apple butter bbq sauce the recipe was posted. Also the
chicken used it might be better to use some smoked chicken...from your
own smoker. I know home smoked red bell pepper strips are nice on pizza.
So this would be a good thing to make from a left overs from a smoked
chicken.
