Never heard such ridiculousness, public stores cannot enforce policy that goes against law. There's no such law that prevents taking pictures in stores open to the public.. there are laws that dictate what one cannot do with pictures but pictures can be taken in any public place so long as the taking thereof does not interfere with others enjoyment... like you may not be permitted to take flash pictures in a theater. |
