I just got a Church Potluck Slow Cooker cookbook, and found something
I think you'll love! Aunt Margaret's Cranberry Meatballs 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 pounds frozen cooked meatballs 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup yellow mustard 1 cup chili sauce 1 cup ketchup Layer onions and garlic in bottom of 5-quart slow cooker. Top with meatballs. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well, breaking up jellied cranberry sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until sauce is bubbling and meaballs are hot. Carol's note: I think this may have originally come from the Anarchist's Cookbook. Carol -- Change "invalid" to JamesBond's agent number to reply. |
