Do you remember JimmyG who posted here 12-15 yrs ago? He had a
cheesecake newsletter and a recipe site filled with cheesecake recipes. He also had a category for bar cookies. His website is gone, or I can not find it. Anybody heard from him, or do you know where I can find his recipes? Becca |

Here's an archived copy of his index page: <http://web.archive.org/web/20060622061113/http://expage.com/page/recipeindex> Then <http://web.archive.org/web/20030227002424/expage.com/page/gscakerecipeindex> Looks like you can go farther into this file, although it took a while to do so, and, unfortunately, that page's subpages have the same url. (I am only taking a peek at the first file and then the first recipe.) The first recipe, for example, is he <http://web.archive.org/web/20020611084703/expage.com/page/nobakechessecake> (and, yes, that misspelling is in the url) At one point, a very long time ago, I probably collected a lot of these recipes. It would be very hard to find them now though.) -- Jean B. |

It would be very hard to find them now though.) I don't remember Jimmy G... maybe because I had my own cheesecake recipe that I liked. I tried to navigate to the biscotti recipes, but it looks like the recipe index is the only active page now. -- I never worry about diets. Jimmy was known for his cheesecake newsletter, but he had the best collection of recipes for quick breads, muffins, bar cookies, biscotti, etc. I really miss his recipes. Becca |

I remember spending hours on his website. I just clicked on the Bar Cookie page and the index appeared. It took me a couple of tries, though. Becca |
