Default Irish Breakfast Lite

Maybe Tuesday I'll go out to the local and fight my way through a real one.
Today I wasn't up to the whole shebang, so we settled for just-baked soda
bread with Irish flour, smoked salmon, and Kerrygold butter. I baked the
bread in a loaf pan this time, instead of the usual round, and it was a
whole lot easier to cut into portions.

I'm in training for May, when I'll be over there eating the Real Stuff.

Felice
