Default Would you eat this?

It's a bacon wrapped meatloaf stuffed with mac and cheese.

I'd try it. But if I liked it, I'd probably never admit it.

Paul,

tinyurl is currently, at the moment, broken.

Will try again later.

I'd probably try it also, if I wanted to add on some poundage.

Best,

Andy

You probably would need the mac and cheese to bind ya up after doing
the "salad greens quick step" from the day before.

Hey, Jay, it's nice to someone knows the difference between "greasy"

Looks fine to me, and everyone else. And I don't see any grease,
just the fixings for tacos. Sounds like you have a hard-on for

Kind of funny, really. Reminds me of my junior high days, with the boys
all poking at the girls because they didn't know anything else to get
their attention.

So tell me, is Jay that age, or did he just never grow up?

Sheldon would pay $25 for the frozen article shipped to his door, and he'd
serve it on his best cat dishes to whoever he could get to come visit.

Personally, I have no objection to the combination of flavors, but I think
I'd prefer the mac & cheese to be OUTSIDE the meatloaf.

Say, Sheldon, you're still buying oats in fifty-pound bags, aren't you?

That wouldn't work. You have to leave the mac partially cooked when you
make the mac and cheese for the filling. This way the mac sucks up all the
fat from the meatloaf while it cooks. lol ewwww

bacon wrapped meatloaf with mac & cheese stuffing.

Yes, I would definitely eat that, it looks really good. Just one slice,
though, with a big salad on the side. It would be like eating a full
day's meals all at once. The bacon from breakfast, the mac & cheese
from lunch and the meatloaf from supper. If you eat healthy the rest of
the day, just one or two slices of that meatloaf wouldn't be so bad.

How about making it with turkey bacon, low fat hamburg, low fat cheese
and whole wheat pasta? Doctor it up with lots of onions, peppers, and
use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs, and it's practicaly healthfood!!

Nutritionally and culinarily, it's the equivalent of a bacon
cheeseburger, with the mac being the starch (bread).

Nothing wrong with that. I might even make one.

I didn't look at it that way, but yeah.

Nobody would blink an eye at some meatloaf with bacon cooked on top,
served with a side of mac and cheese. What's the difference?

I suppose the grease makes it revolting. If I were to make this, I would
bake the meatloaf first, then cut it in half, reassemble in a clean pan
lined with bacon and with the layer of mac and cheese then just bake long
enough to cook the bacon. That should lower the fat quantity to non-lethal
numbers and you won't need so much TP the next day either.
