I don't know why I'm so obsessed with cookies lately. Maybe because I
haven't had any in such a long time? Keep planning to make them, then something always seems to happen. Here is one of my all-time favorites. Ask Miche. She's made them. ![]() * Exported from MasterCook * Ranger Cookies Recipe By :Carol Peterson Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cookies/Bars Family Recipes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup soft butter -- (2 sticks) 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 cup rolled oats -- quick cooking 2 cup Rice Krispies® 1 cup coconut 1. Mix ingredients in order given. 2. Roll into walnut-sized balls. 3. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : These cookies don't stand up well to humidity. No problem. Sprinkle the pieces on ice cream! -- Change "invalid" to JamesBond's agent number to reply. |
