This seems like fun.

An episode of Burt Wolf's travel show, in Taiwan. Little won ton
lookin' dumplings with "broth frozen in gelatin"(?) (aspic?), so that,
when steamed, you get a mouthful of soup.

I'm googlin' , but talking to you folks, too. Ever made these?

I'll probably just do regular potstickers tonight.

The same show had a mom-and-pop with U$120 bowls of soup. That's
