Heat it slowly with enough cream cheese to thicken it and serve it
warm with crackers for a Superbowl snack. Maybe spice it up with a
little Old Bay or Tabasco.

Heat it through and top baked potatoes.

Could you turn it into a soup if you added corn, potatoes, and broth?

Use it to sauce pasta or rice.

Mix it with cooked rice or pasta, put it in a casserole dish, top with
buttered bread crumbs and bake.

<snip>

I'd add the cream cheese, some white pepper, garnish with a little
chopped green onion and serve it up with fried wonton wrappers for
scoopers and some sweet and sour sauce on the side.
