How fun. :-)

I've only ever been to one of those grills once with mom for her
birthday, and it was a LOT of fun. We have (or at least had) a Kobe
steak house here in town. Don't know if they are still open as I've
never been there. Might take dad there for his birthday if they are.

He spent 4 years in Japan in the air force and still remembers it with
great fondness.

Om,

I'd like to experience it too, at least once in my lifetime.

Best,

The teppan cooks at Benihana used to put on a show like that. I was
disappointed the last time we went. We paid a lot of money for so-so
food and no entertainment.

Poetry in motion! I remember watching a demonstration like that on
some popular cooking show of the past... maybe it was the Frugal
Gourmet.

Ugh! I couldn't watch that one when I saw it still wiggling after the
fins and tail were cut off.

There's a good reason to switch from plastic to metal.

I never worry about diets. The only carrots that
interest me are the number of carats in a diamond.

Heh! Join the club. :-)

Maybe when I pay of the morgage and finish re-getting out of credit card
debt. <g> I've got 3 years left on the morgage...

IMHO that's sheer cruelty. I could never cut up an animal like that
while it was still alive. I have to kill it first!

<lol> That was ornery!
