You would *have* to agree that all praise goes to the DVA for getting
it right with the number of payouts.
Exhaustive investigations by DVA weeds out imposters who should not get
TPI. And there are plenty of fakers out there too, especially
ex-soldiers who had PTSD long before signing up.
