I did crumble some pieces of cheese onto the top for visual interest. Way more cheese and carbohydrates than I really ought to be eating, but I made a small amount for my wife and I to share. I was just in a comfort food sort of mood last night. Oh yeah, I used bacon fat for the white sauce instead of butter. I doubt that's any more or less "healthy" than butter would be.
