Hello fellow foodies! Perhaps 20 years ago, I used to have a little
white leaflet containing several recipes for pintelle (a brand of pintade/guinea hen). They had them in store where I bought a frozen pintelle in Toronto, Canada. I think it was called, "Pintelle recipes from the chefs of Toronto's best restaurants", or something like that. It contained two of my very favourite recipes, one for pintelle with brandy and cream sauce by Christian Boniteau, and another for pintelle with cabbage and pommery mustard sauce by Mark McEwan (I believe it was). Sadly, I lost it a few years ago, and I am wondering if, by some chance in a million, someone out there might know what I am talking about and might have a copy? (I did a phone number for Pintelle Farms on the web, but when I called it, it's now a condo developer, so it must be defunct or moved.) |
