I dunno about tonight. I think my daughter wants chicken curry from a Japanese restaurant, since we won't be able to go there on Sunday. -- Jean B. |

Tonight, pork stir fry with rice. Using up the last of stuff before
departing for Hawaii in the morning. That is, IF Las Vegas McCarran Airport is open. Of all the times for it to snow in Las Vegas. Steve |

I marinated it in red wine, olive oil, oregano, mint and s&P and grilled on skewers. Served with pitas, lettuce, tomato and my cheating version of tzatziki...yogurt mixed with garlic, dill, lemon juice, yogurt, shredded cucumber and s&p. I forgot to purchase red onion, though, and it was sorely missed by me...I like raw red onion with this. Served with a cheap bottle of Greek wine..cheap but oddly REALLY good. |

Why is your tzatziki a cheating version? Isn't that what tzatziki is? Yogurt, cucumber, garlic etc? That's how I make it except no dill. -Tracy (I strain the yogurt if I remember too.) |

Tonight it is probably meatloaf left from Saturday with some carrots and homemade bread. Either poached apples or pears in red wind with some homemade vanilla ice cream for sweet. gorley |
