gloria p,

I'm an 85% cocoa dark chocolate BUM!!!

http://www.worldwidechocolate.com/sh...oir_extra.html

Breaks into 10 squares. One-a-day, like a vitamin. Super rich, refreshing
and satisfying.

I am SO glad I'm a consumer and NOT in the chocolate AND strawberry AND
champagne biz!!! Aren't I?!?

Swing by Cost Plus/World Market if ya can, they are putting out their
holiday stuff and at GREAT prices, snagged two big bags (40 ct. IIRC) of
Lindt truffles yesterday for $5.99 each...lotsa German and Brit and Eye -
talian goodies already, too.

Retailers are going to be *very* aggressive with the pricing, it's a good
time to buy...

Meant to add:
YES - I am definitely a fan of chocolate - or at least Cacao anyway.
I always use whole raw beans or powdered cacao. Good stuff!

Bitter?
Nah.
Not even close.

I don't even bother with the pretence of 'chocolate'.

I go straight for the raw bean itself - for although I'm a lover of
chocolate - I don't actually have a sweet tooth. The sugar ruins it IMO.
