Black Raspberry Apple Pie- our first taste of autumn!
What's your favorite season?
Ok, so even if the weather isn't cooperating much, I decided I'm ready for autumn and all that I love about it. I figured, if mother nature wasn't being helpful, I'd make a little temptation for her to spur her on! lol. So I decided on apple pie, which just screams fall doesn't it? Only, rather than a regular apple pie, I made this one with black raspberries (thank you, Trader Joe!). It turned out delicious, and was a perfect end to a less than perfect day.
