There have been many threads in rfc about bad service in restaurants.
Here's a new book from the other side of the tablecloth, so to speak,
called "Waiter Rant." The author has been working in an upscale NYC
restaurant since 1999 and writes a blog called 'waiterrant.net.' The
publisher's blurb says:
