A few weeks ago, Lin and I went to the Courtland Pear Festival. We still had
some pears from that festival on the counter tonight, so Lin made them into
a chunky pear sauce (like applesauce, but with pears and cinnamon). We had
the pear sauce with brined-and-grilled pork chops.

It was GOOD! There's about a half-cup of the sauce left over; I bet it would
be good with sausages and pancakes in the morning.

Lin, would you care to share how you made that pear sauce?
