(laugh) No they didn't! The OP said "... AND [my emphasis] pickle". AND there was no mention of *cool*, nor of the correct ambience. But I confess I forgot one important detail: NO crusts! Ya gotta get these things right Nance! >Not that they are especially popular here in the states. Can't say they're much eaten here either to my knowledge.
