I just bought a new laptop with Vista and I have no opinion one way or the
other about it yet. It's a little more of a nagger with the popups asking
me to allow things, but that isn't really a bad thing. Better to ask than
just not do anything if its something malicious, or worse, allow it and face
the consequences. Mail is acting funky though telling me the language I
selected isn't available for spell check. WTF? LOL I need all the help I
can get with spelling but I'm on leave and can't be bothered with comp
problems right now.

Hey! What'd you do, buy a new pc? I didn't find Vista to be
any trouble at all.

I guess it depends upon how much you "mess" with a PC. When I have to go to
someone's house to fix a PC that has Vista on it, I can't find most of the
typical applications. They've got new names and they're almost hidden. Why
change something that's worked for the past 12 years?

I don't know, that's just my opinion.

Glad your absence was shorter than you feared. :-)

I never worry about diets. The only carrots that interest me are the number of carats in a diamond.
