Several days, I would think. It's easy to make frozen juice cubes
with ice trays, and those will last for as long as anyone could want.
I have more than a gallon-size ziploc bag of cubes left from this
year's crop of limes. I was using them for limeade until the lemons
came in; now I make a lot of lemonade to try to stay ahead of the
tree's production. -aem

frozen in a plastic bag...years. first off freeze lime juice in a ice cube
tray. Next transfer frozen lime juice cubes to plastic bag and put in
freezer. Lime juice cubes make it more convienent to use.
