I made it as per usual meat loaf recipes and simple substituted quick cooking oatmeal for bread crumbs. It was quite good. |

Mix the beef, ground turkey and pork in a large bowl with oatmeal. Saute some onion, celery and bell pepper in butter; add to the meat (2 lbs. total). Add 2 eggs as egg as binder and season with salt & pepper and mix well. Bake at 350F for about an hour. Jill |
