I've found roadfood.com to be a good place to research decent but not ritzy restaurants in a wide variety of places. Someone else mentioned Jack Stack's (or Jack's Stack or whatever it is). Just my opinion--I have a coworker that prefers Jack Stack's. Another fun place there is Winstead's. It's sort of a 50's diner kind of place.
