Default "Tilapia Loins" fromTrader Joes

Hello, All!

Tonight I had "Tilapia Loins" from TJs. I dipped them in egg
(substitute) and breaded them with Panko. After cooking in an
oven at 450F for 20 minutes, they were not at all bad even if if
they missed the fresh-seafood taste as had to be expected. So I
must admit, contrary to previous opinions, tilapia is edible.
