Default New Dinner Impossible Chef

Michael Symon, newly-minted Iron Chef (America), is taking over for
the disgraced Robert Irvine as the chef in Dinner Impossible. He will
begin taping 10 new episodes, which have been expanded to one hour.

I think if I can tune out Symon's annoying giggle, I'll enjoy this
program in a one-hour format.

I know Chef Robert did a Bad Thing, but I liked watching him.

It must be a heck of a temptation to pad your resume when you are
talking to The Food Network. That "Jag" guy from the last 'Food
Network Star' was winning when they caught on to him. Sandra Lee,
however, is still at large.

I liked watching Robert Irvine too.

Michael Symon will probably be fun to watch as well. I was reading _The
Soul of a Chef_ and Michael Rhuleman described his laugh as a tropical
bird mating call. I thought that was a pretty good description.

I also liked Robert Irvine, but I can't seem allow myself to watch him
anymore - in repeats. He gives me the willies now.

I only know Michael Symon from one episode of Iron Chef - and I think he
did a "Melting Pot" episode or two? I don't recall his laugh, but of
course, now that you mentioned it, I will now and forever never be able
to ignore it. ;-)

He's not bothering me.

You didn't see "Next Iron Chef" then. You'd have had more than enough
giggles.

He was also featured on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations show about
Cleveland. They kept rerunning his laugh in the background till I
couldn't watch anymore.

FN loves catch phrases and gimmicks. If his laugh is going to be his
catch phrase I won't be able to watch.
