I went vegetarian and stayed vegetarian for most of my adult life. I still eat mainly vegetarian meals now but I do eat meat on occasion. I just have too many health problems and my diet is so limited. Sometimes it's just easier to eat meat. But I would prefer a vegetarian diet. I feel better when I don't eat meat. |
