Default Seattle cooking class: wood-fired pizza

Shameless self-promotion: If you've ever been interested in wood-fired
oven cooking -- at 750 degrees! -- then I offer a hands-on class you
might like. The main focus is pizza, and we'll cook some other stuff
too. Classes are small so everyone gets to cook (and eat!).

The class is Sunday afternoon 10/7, 10/28 or 11/4, in the University
District. It's course W180, offered through the ASUW Experimental
College. Register at www.exco.org or (206) 68-LEARN.
