Speaking of handy Spam have you seen the new single
serving package of Spam? About 3" square, 3 ounces
in a vacuum packed single slice, remarkably easy to fry
and carry around. All it looses is the carvability.

No, I haven't, but the packet tuna seems to be gaining in popularity.
I've not tried that yet either.
