Default Microwave Cooking Question

I saw (and tasted) a good recipe for a whole chicken. The chicken was

I've successfully cooked hamburger in the microwave many times. You just
need to take it out and break up the meat every few seconds. It saves
washing a pan, but doesn't really save any time or energy.
