One of my sons uses the Lactaid pills, they work like a charm. When he
was 4 years old, he called farts, "butt burps".

Lactaid does the trick for me. I was able to start eating cheese and
whipped cream again. I never did like milk.

James like Knudsen, and it doesn't look watery to me (I don't eat
the stuff very often; it's not my cup of tea).

Seems to really vary from person to person. Cheese *kills* me, but
yogurt barely registers. Whole milk is death, but buttermilk is
usually okay. With cream or sour cream, it's a toss-up.

You're not suppose to put it in your tea...add fresh fruit to it and eat
it.

*grin* Actually, the only way I really like cottage cheese is with
pineapple in it. Well, that and baked with pasta, but almost any
cheese works well for that.
