Recently, at the ACME and the produce markets, the bags of baby carrots are
pencil thin. Unnatural almost. Of course they're not really baby carrots but what's driving the producers to shave them down so small? Have you seen them? Andy |

Those micro baby carrots are to thin because they're probably the remnants of regular carrots after the shavings are used on the pre-mixed, pre-packaged salads available at most grocery stores (YMMV), but that's just a guess on my part.
