Looks good. I wouldn't garnish it with raspberries though. Perhaps
some shaved chocolate or a dusting of high-quality cocoa.

Coffee jelly eh? I'd never heard of such a thing. My mom would

Just use bloody *good* coffee.



Have a good meal, serve this for dessert, eat the custard, have the
coffee jelly and it means less waiting time to get into the bedroom ;-)

Coffee Gelatin with Custard Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup hot prepared strong coffee
2 cups prepared cold strong coffee
3/4 cup lightly toasted walnut pieces -- coarsely chopped
2 cups milk
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
