Default Cook Book

I found an amazing cook book which everyone should have. It is called
'A Chef At Your Elbow' and it is by a Chef called 'Ian Lye'. He has
years of experience as a real chef as opposed to these tv chef's and
hiw recipes are from the heart. I have used this book a lot since
being given a copy and I love making the apple and strawberry crumble
in particular with my sweet tooth as it is.
