item to add to blended cooked lentil soup
Have just blended some red lentils and i get a creamy rather pleasant soup
straight away. but what would be an interesting single one thing to blend in with it? I've tried adding tomatoe puree and it doesnt help at all. I've just thought blended fried onions might be one possibility? but hav'nt had time to try that yet. any simple suggestions please? |
